4. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations provided — whether online, by phone, or in person — are estimates based on the information supplied at the time of enquiry. Final pricing may be subject to change following an on-site assessment if the condition or scope of work differs from that originally described. We reserve the right to amend any quotation prior to work commencing. All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

5. Bookings and Cancellations

To secure a booking, you may be required to confirm your appointment in writing or by telephone. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation charge. 6. Customer Responsibilities

Prior to our arrival on site, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the area to be treated is clear of furniture, personal belongings, and any obstructions, unless otherwise agreed. The customer must ensure safe and adequate access to the premises. Any Floor Treatment Specialist Ltd shall not be liable for delays or additional charges arising from failure to prepare the site as agreed.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to delivering the highest quality of workmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with the results of our service, we will return to address the issue at no additional charge, provided that you notify us in writing within 7 days of the work being completed and the concern relates to the standard of work carried out under the original scope of the job.

8. Liability

Any Floor Treatment Specialist Ltd is fully insured and takes all reasonable precautions to carry out work safely and professionally. However, we shall not be held liable for any pre-existing damage, defects, or weaknesses in floors, surfaces, or structures that become apparent during or after treatment.
